Beverly Hills

The property was perfect for our short stay in Citrus County. Very short drive to restaurants and the new shopping plaza that has opened up across from Walmart. Was very clean and the neighborhood was really quiet. Would definitely use again if it's available!

nice clean place and as advertised. One note, 2 TV's in the bedrooms. Would prefer a TV in living room and we had no access to the main network channels and could not watch NFL football on any station,

The host was very thorough in communication via app, and notes in the house.There was a nice assortment of things to do and places to eat left by the host.Our stay was short, but the residency was what we needed for a late night after or flight and early morning activities. The only constructive feedback would be to request a later departure time. We had paid for an activity in the area that ran from 7am-10am. By the time we drove back, showered and hurried to pack it was the check out time of 11am. We appreciated the quiet/safe neighborhood too.

Beds were pretty hard and the AC blower was going all night, no extra blankets to keep warm.We got in so late that we went right to bed and didn’t check AC but we were very cold,Other than those things, it was nice!

The house was very clean when we arrived. We had everything we needed. The home has a Keurig single serve coffee maker and a few pods to get you started, which was perfect. Other reviews said there was no TV in the livingroom, but there is one and that was nice. We didn't cook anything, but there are plenty of pots and pans and some basic spices, as well as individual packets of condiments. The door lock was a little tricky, but once figured out we had no issues (Just push on the door when engaging the lock). Overall we loved our stay and very communicative host!
