"We had a lovely room which is expected at a 5-Star hotel. However, we had booked a room for 3 people but what was in the room (robes, slippers, towels, drinks, food) was only geared to 2 people. We had to request additional items be brought to the room which would seem like a detail a 5-Star hotel would be on top of. We had to ask for a few things twice - once at the desk and then again called because no one ever delivered what we requested. Items (cotton swabs, razor, etc.) were not replenished with the next cleaning which seemed like a lack of attention to detail. I say this because when you pay the price for a 5-Star hotel you should expect your expectations to be met and almost foreseen.
We only ate one meal at the hotel during our stay - breakfast at the Polo Lounge - and the food was excellent and the service attentive.
The grounds are secluded, private and well maintained."
