"Excellent, roomy property in a central location that makes it easy to enjoy Hollywood, Museum Row, and other great spots. It’s not walking distance to these places, but it’s just a short drive or rideshare away. The room was well appointed and included a small kitchen with nice appliances. The building decor was stylish and also had good security features to feel completely safe. Our rental came with a designated parking spot in the protected basement garage. There are coffee shops and retailers...

"Absolute stunning views. Felix was an amazing host and very efficient in replying to any questions we had. Pool was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here than a hotel! Will return next time we are visiting LA."

"It was great for a short stay. The upper household was a bit noisy and there wasnt a hair dryer as descripted in the offer. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Many thanks."

"The location is top notch and the hosts were incredible! They were super responsive and very helpful. This cozy guest house is great for a couple or solo traveler. It feels safe and welcoming and the hosts have furnished it with everything you’ll need."

I did notice a few older reviews before booking and wanted to make sure I wasn’t walking into any surprises, but the host clarified beforehand that this is a new/different unit than the one referenced in those reviews, and everything was exactly as described when I arrived. The whole experience felt very professional from the start, which honestly made me feel much more relaxed. Unlike some LA stays, this vibe was clearly very welcoming to short-term guests and the...

"Our stay with a view of the sunset strip was spectacular. Everything was exactly as described. The room was perfect and the amenities were amazing. Our host was so helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. It was walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. We highly recommend and hope to return in the future!"

"This review isn’t even for this listing, it’s for the one they had to change us to at the last minute while trying to check into this listing. The location they put us in was never updated, and we have photos and videos of the incessant construction and trash that was surrounding the unit, as well as the trash inside the unit that we had to clean ourselves to even stay in the unit. We asked for a partial refund and we’re told we’d have to just cancel our reservation and find somewhere else to...
