This home is very clean. The location is very peaceful with beautiful views down by the river. The host offers excellent communication and gets back to you within 15 min or less. I loved our stay at this home and would love to revisit.
Love it! It was the perfect size for us and the decor was really cute and totally our thing. And the host was super responsive in our communications. The cabin was very well stocked and very comfortable. It was the perfect place for me to soak up some sun and decompress, while my husband was off fishing one of his favorite lakes. The view is incredible and never gets old, especially as the light changes throughout the day. And the BBQ area off the patio is very cool. Our mini trip was exactly what I was hoping for. I suspect we'll try to come back soon!

Cons:This is a 2 story home but the upstairs is blocked off. The pool is empty and has been for a long time. The pool is in bad condition. The outdoor bbq was a grease mess and hazard. The air fryer was dirty. The refrigerator n deed filter changed. The place does not have air conditioning and only has 2 swamp coolers that do not cool down the entire place. Only the direct rooms where they are.The neighborhood is run down and the backyard does not give privacy. The only market/grocery store is miles away. The gas station across the street has a mini mart that is limited. The bedrooms are a little tight for room to walk around. The beds are okay but not very comfortable. Pros:The shower pressure was good. The view on the river is beautiful at sunrise and sunset. Outdoor patio furniture is available but be carful of splinters.
Beverly/Schwana are very rural small towns. No groceries, no restaurants. We were bicycling the Palouse to Cascades Recreational Trail and needed a place in Beverly/Schwana. This is it: the only place in town. The cabin is small, accurately depicted in the listing, the river view is gorgeous.
Two caveats: The host charges by the person per night, not by the length of stay. The listing is not completely clear on this fact.
The host has a security camera on the exterior of the building focused on the entry area. HE MONITORS THE CAMERA REAL TIME WHILE YOU ARE THERE. The listing does not inform the guests of that fact. Buyer beware.
Great location. Tons of room, and the beds were comfy. Amazing views of the river, and it feels very secluded. Loved our stay and would definitely come back again.
Our stay was wonderful! On the river, morning coffee on the patio was a perfect way to start the day!

I booked this property then was contacted by owner stating that the day and people minimum was not fulfilled and had to cancel my reservation. We ended up rebooking and paying for 3 people vs the 2 that were staying to obtain this location for the days we wanted. Listing stated private fenced pool and listing had a picture that showed pool in working order however when we arrived the pool was not functioning and looked like it had not been working in quite some time. When I messaged the owner he denied the listing said pool. I text him screenshots of his listing and he kept saying I misunderstood the listing and did not take accountability and blamed it on VRBO and A1. After texting back and forth he called me with an attitude. I was the one who should have had the attitude because the pool was one the main reasons we booked this property. He did apologize but said we could leave but he is not going to argue with me or it’s going to get ugly. I explained this was false advertisement again he blamed VRBO and said he was not going to do anything about it for me. We had no other option to stay as it was Labor Day weekend and nothing else was available. He stated if he has a working pool it would be twice the price and the first picture. I let him know my perspective and it was not the guests fault and something he needs to fix. I then messaged him the kitchen has ants and he seemed to be aware saying they have been bad this year. Not all rooms have AC. Nice seating areas.
