"Liked the free weekend parking , ease of check in although bit later than anticipated ( nothing to do with guesthouse) room was fine, and we were informed by staff re the likelihood of some noise due to a live band performing in the pub, we were aware of exterior noise but it was not overly loud and didnt prevent sleep. "We cannot say enough good things about The Hayden! First, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. They truly make you feel that they love having you stay. The bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is amazing! Though the rooms are adjacent to the pub, you do not hear any noise. The pub food is excellent! The coffee is fantastic. The location is very convenient to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. It is a very short walk to Paddington Station and other Tube stations.Be sure to go to BEAM...

"Centrally located for easy accessibility to London. On the left is Buxkingham palace and Oarliament area. On the right is Tower Bridge and Shard area. For sake of time we did not use the bus or tube. Uber worked with rides arriving in 3-4 min. Or just wave down a black taxi which takes 1 minute. "
