I appreciated the eco-friendly focus, including a refillable glass water bottle in the room and a filtered water dispenser for hot and cold water right by the elevator. Staff were friendly. We walked from the hotel to Plaza Nueva, Guggenheim, and to the metro. There are plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants, and bakeries close by. with easy access to everything"
