"0 service. Check in issue. Managemnet is pathetic. Staff did not deliver even basic facility of water bottles. Visiters has to take water by themselves from ground floor to 4th floor. Never recommended."

"Good Hotel, Hyatt brand standard, many options for dinning in case you want to try local flavors or prefer a more international cuissine, both are available. Rooms are clean and well equiped, bottled water always available. Sorounding area is under construction, not so many options to wallk around."
