A very nice guest house

If only sleep quality and cleanliness of the loo that matter to you most, then I would suggest you choose this hotel. First of all, it is not a hotel, it is more like a guest house. 2nd and 3rd floor of a building got converted into a hotel. Pluses are the cleanliness of the rooms and toilets, rest of the things are negative or average. It does not have a lobby or any other facilities which a business or family travelers may look for, no gym, no dedicated restaurants (though you can get your food easily from the ground floor restaurants). Still, the overall experience is not bad, thanks to the friendly staffs and overall cleanliness.
