It’s is a nice looking hotel. The gym is clean but inadequate. Both restaurants were good. The problem is that the air conditioning did not work for the two nights we were there, which were extremely hot (90F) days. We had three rooms for these nights and the compensation was two fans and a cheap bottle of alcohol free prosecco. It was like a bad joke. Worst of all, we learned about this from a sign in the elevator! No one said anything about it before or during check in. And when I asked when it might be fixed, I was replied to with a bad attitude. This was not five star hotel treatment. I would not stay there again.

Excellent stay. The hotel is located in the city center with easy access everywhere. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. The staff is fantastic - everyone we interacted with was phenomenal. A special thank you to the check in staff for their patience and excellent attitude.

Overall a wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay, our room looked over the courtyard/walking street but we heard no noise. The shower was an Italian shower with opening part way and we found no way to keep the water from getting to rug to step on when you get out of shower so used a spare towel to soak up water. No conditioner. Breakfast was very good and we slept well!

Hotel location is phenomenal ! The only problem we had was a not working safety deposit box. Since it was weekend and it was not possible to find a person to repair it, we received a free breakfast for two instead.
