With direct and privileged access to Miramar Beach in Biarritz, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (plus one baby).
It is ideal for families or groups of friends wishing to make the most of their stay.
Beautifully decorated and fully equipped, the apartment features a pleasant terrace to enjoy the gentle Basque climate, as well as direct access to the ocean.

The apartment includes the following amenities:

A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals: microwave, cooking hobs, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer (with ice dispenser), and all essential kitchen utensils.
A large bedroom with sea view, featuring a comfortable double bed and storage space.
A second bedroom featuring a 160x200 double bed and two 80x190 bunk beds.
A baby cot is available upon prior request, with a supplement of €10 per night.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, clean and well maintained, equipped with a shower, sink, hairdryer, and toilet.

🚗 Parking

A subscription card will be provided, allowing free access to the Indigo Casino car park, located just an 8-minute walk from the apartment (maximum height: 1.85 m).
We recommend unloading your luggage as close as possible to the apartment (using your hazard lights) before parking your vehicle in the car park.

⚠️ Please note: During the high season (around July 14th and August 15th), the subscription card does not guarantee a parking space.

💳 Security Deposit

A €500 security deposit will be required for the rental.
It will be processed via a secure payment link through the online platform Swikly. This step is mandatory and must be completed before arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your card’s spending limit. A service fee between €3 and €9 will apply. Within 7 days after your departure, provided the property is returned in perfect condition and all terms and conditions are respected, the pre-authorization will be automatically cancelled.

⚠️ Please note:

The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, due to three steps at the entrance.
Humidity levels may vary depending on weather conditions, as oceanfront apartments are naturally more exposed to this phenomenon.
