Beachfront Apartment with Terrace, Biarritz

With direct and privileged access to Miramar Beach in Biarritz, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (plus one baby).
It is ideal for families or groups of friends wishing to make the most of their stay.
Beautifully decorated and fully equipped, the apartment features a pleasant terrace to enjoy the gentle Basque climate, as well as direct access to the ocean.

The apartment includes the following amenities:

A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals: microwave, cooking hobs, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer (with ice dispenser), and all essential kitchen utensils.
A large bedroom with sea view, featuring a comfortable double bed and storage space.
A second bedroom featuring a 160x200 double bed and two 80x190 bunk beds.
A baby cot is available upon prior request, with a supplement of €10 per night.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, clean and well maintained, equipped with a shower, sink, hairdryer, and toilet.

🚗 Parking

A subscription card will be provided, allowing free access to the Indigo Casino car park, located just an 8-minute walk from the apartment (maximum height: 1.85 m).
We recommend unloading your luggage as close as possible to the apartment (using your hazard lights) before parking your vehicle in the car park.

⚠️ Please note: During the high season (around July 14th and August 15th), the subscription card does not guarantee a parking space.

💳 Security Deposit

A €500 security deposit will be required for the rental.
It will be processed via a secure payment link through the online platform Swikly. This step is mandatory and must be completed before arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your card’s spending limit. A service fee between €3 and €9 will apply. Within 7 days after your departure, provided the property is returned in perfect condition and all terms and conditions are respected, the pre-authorization will be automatically cancelled.

Excellent sejour dans l'appartement

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, les pieds dans l'eau, au calme et proche de l animation du centre. Comme une petite maison avec la terrasse qui est une pièce de vie supplémentaire très appréciable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la fluidité des échanges pour la location et lors de notre arrivée et départ.

Emplacement magnifique mais trop d’humidité et espace de vie pas assez confort

Emplacement magnifique, mais à l’instar de tous les commentaires sur ce bien beaucoup trop d’humidité du en effet à la proximité de la mère, mais malgré tout même si on le sait, cela reste très désagréable, odeur dans les pièces de vie d’humidité placard inutilisable à cause de loader, encadrement des portes moisis On est tous bien conscients de la proximité de la mer, mais je ne crois pas que l’ensemble des logements qui se trouve au bord de mer aient tous cette problématique, si les travaux adéquates sont effectués

Superbe emplacement. Équipe d accueil au top et très à l’écoute de nos attentes ( merci à Léa) Malheureusement gros problème d humidité en front de mer dans la chambre parentale…A savoir pour ceux qui ont des allergies…( déshumidificateur à disposition) Sinon tout était parfait.

Prestations à revoir !

L'emplacement est exceptionnel mais les prestations ne correspondent pas au descriptif. L'appartement est situé en niveau 0, -1. Un appareil récupère des litres d'eau tous les 2 jours dans une chambre. Il y a des moisissures partout même sur le distributeur de glaçons du frigo... L'autre chambre est confinée et petite avec l'impression que les draps ne sont jamais secs....Il n'y a pas de parasol sur la terrasse qui est l'unique extérieur. Le jardin n'est pas sur ce lot. Nous avions questionné la propriétaire sur "Le jardin est-il privatif ? " La réponse : "Oui, l'extérieur est privatif !" Or notre question portait sur le jardin! Mauvaise surprise. Nous l'avons dit en arrivant à la personne qui nous a remis les clés mais pas d'effet.... Pas d'éclairage sur la terrasse, rien ne fonctionnait. Il y a juste un passage étroit sur le côté du jardin qui permet d'entrer et de sortir. Le ménage était sommaire. Certains murs salis (vomissements ?) ont été nettoyés par nos soins. Le sol et les draps étaient propres ainsi que la vaisselle (Lave vaisselle et lave linge très utiles). Pour une location de ce prix ces éléments ne devraient pas être rapportés. Le parking se situe à 10 min à pieds. Au global, situation +++mais les prestations ne sont pas là. L'appartement pourrait être agréable avec un entretien plus soutenu et le matériel renouvelé (parasol ou store, luminaires extérieurs, ...) et des réponses claires aux questions précises au moment de la réservation. Il ne convient pas pour 2 couples mais plutôt un couple avec 2 enfants et un bébé. Une des 2 chambres est vraiment moins confortable et le partage de la location n'est pas équitable! Les 2 salles de bains avec wc sont appréciables. L'accès à la plage est formidable. Le prix est beaucoup trop excessif compte tenu des défauts de la location

Wonderful stay at Biarritz

Lovely apartment on the beach at Biarritz. 5 of us comfortably fit in the three rooms with outdoor dining area and inside dining area/kitchen. Very clean. My kids thoroughly enjoyed been able to go for early swims and late evening swims as the apartment was literally on the beach. So no driving. So much activity around too and so central to restaurants cafes swim etc. already sent many photos to my family and friends and will hopefully be back next year. Thank you!

Biarritz avec vue sur mer

Lieu idéal pour ceux qui aiment voir la mer, logement adéquat pour une famille comme la nôtre de trois adultes. Seuls bémols, les occupants précédent non pas respecter les consignes du lieu, et durant notre séjour cela sentait le tabac froid et nous n'avons pas pu voir la télé par faute d'explication de son fonctionnement ou par problème de connexion. Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très contents du séjour et sommes disposés à revenir.

Chaise du salon cassée. Table à manger bonne pour la déchèterie. Frigo sale à l’intérieur et couche de poussière au dessus. Placard à droite de la hotte rempli de produits ouverts, périmés et cassés. Lave vaisselle dans un état de crasse jamais vue . Tiroir à épice et huile très sale. Couverts et tiroir à couverts pas nettoyés. Vaisselle grasse. Verre sale. Joints de la salle de bain noirs et moisies. Murs de la chambre parentale noir. Fauteuil jaune noir et moisie. Poussière derrière le lit. Cela n’a pas été nettoyé depuis plusieurs semaines. La télévision du salon qui ne fonctionne pas. Internet non plus.

Pour les choses qui fâchent : un accueil sommaire, un bien présenté comme disposant de 2 chambres ce qui est inexact (à moins de considérer qu’un espace de 6 mètres carrés avec un canapé lit IKEA soit une chambre ) , des huisseries défectueuses, une terrasse sale avec mégots qui trempent joyeusement dans leurs jus dans le cendrier, etc... Pour les choses plus réjouissantes : un emplacement exceptionnel dans Biarritz , 2 salles de bains spacieuses, une cuisine parfaitement équipée. En gros bien ne mérite vraiment le détour que par sa situation géographique.

Merveilleux séjour à Biarritz

L appartement est idéalement situé sur la plage de Miramar. La terrasse et la vue sur l Océan sont un enchantement. Il est parfaitement équipé et il est possible d accéder à pied à tous les points d intérêt. Les salles de bain sont magnifiques. Juste un peu d humidité ce qui n est pas étonnant compte tenu de la localisation.
