## LOCATION
Nestled in the renowned Bibi Beaurivage neighborhood, one of Biarritz's gems, this apartment offers an exceptional living environment. Its privileged location will allow you to discover the city on foot:
- Just a 3-minute walk from the famous Côte des Basques cliff, offering breathtaking sunset views.
- A 10-minute walk from the Halles de Biarritz, a lively covered market offering a variety of local products.
You will also benefit from easy access to public transport.

## SERVICES
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a successful stay near the ocean:

No amount will be charged to your credit card, but a service fee of €9 will apply. This deposit will be automatically canceled within 7 days following your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the return of the apartment in perfect condition.
