Lovely hotel in a central location, very clean and safe. The personnel were polite and welcoming, making the stay comfortable. The beach and many nice restaurants are just around the corner, which made it perfect for both relaxing and exploring the area.

Fantastic location in centre of Biarritz but that comes with parking challenges. Lovely hotel with art deco theme. Didn’t take breakfast as we thought it was expensive.

It was a nice room and clean overall. Staff are also friendly. AC is also very strong which is needed during the European heatwave. The best thing about the hotel is the location which is in the centre and walkable to all the major attractions. However, the rooms are a little old fashioned and need some renovation. I also didn’t like the fact that the reception isn’t staffed between 9pm till the next morning. Between those hours you have to enter via the night entrance at the back - this is a little eery even at 10pm and stepping into the dark staircase. I wish I had known this beforehand. Overall okay experience, especially as I was only there for 1 night anyway.

Cute room in an excellent location in Biarritz

Great location in Biarritz :) the only down side was that our room was facing a street where there was a nightclub really close by that had the generous opening hours 00-07 so unfortunately that made it a bit difficult to get proper sleep

The main lobby area is really nice and modern. But once you get to the upper floors- the halls are dated. The rooms had a smell to it when we entered. Location is central which was perfect- just wish they cleaned the rooms more thoroughly. There were stains on the sheet and a strand of hair.

There was a lack of staff, they were trying to cover both the bar/restaurant and the hotel reception desk. Every time we came to the desk we had to look around to find someone to help us. Otherwise, our room was the largest we have had.

Was offered first room outside the hotel with no windows and a very bad smell they did eventually find a us a room in the hotel. Hotel needs some redecorating and cleaning especially in the common parts. Great location however for the town if not arriving in your car.

Leider waren wir nur für eine Nacht in Biarritz, hätten es gut länger ausgehalten. Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, die Zimmer sind herzlich und schön eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet mega lecker und umfangreich. Gerne wieder.

Gute Lage, schöne Zimmer. Am 1. Tag haben wir keine Parkkarte erhalten (es gebe keine mehr) und so mussten wir 25 Euro für 1 Tag im Parkhaus bezahlen. Am Morgen danach war eine andere Dame an der Reception und als ich nochmals nachfragte gab es dann plötzlich doch eine Parkkarte. Lift defekt - die ganzen 4 Tage

Nicht zu empfehlen! Preis Leistung in keinem Verhältnis! Keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Extrem kleines Zimmer. Schimmel an der Decke. Keine Reinigung. Frühstücksbüffet qualitativ schlecht: dreckiges Geschirr; dreckiger Boden; Kaffeemaschine unzumutbar; kaum Auswahl; Kellner hat benutzte Serviette in den Servietten Ständer zurück gelegt. Extrem laute Umgebung. Klimaanlage geht nachts an ungewollt. Teppich in den Fluren extrem dreckig.
