The area is amazing. The apartment was nice but on the street side so very loud. You need to keep door open though cause it would get hot and there was no fan. There was construction going on so that got loud at around 9:15 in the morning. The elevators were very frustrating. The management company staff was really nice though.

Stayed for 3 nights Thursday to Sunday in June. Apartment was nice but no air con which was an issue due to temperature and had to keep window open at night for cooler air, so had trouble sleeping due to noise from outside (club was nearby) Everything included in apartment - coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and full oven and hob with all utensils and cutlery etc. The floor we were on (first floor) was the only one with no balconies, which wasn't what we were expecting, so if you want a balcony you should request that when booking Reception is only open in morning until 12.00pm then from 2.00pm-5.00pm and closed completely on Sundays, which may be problematic for some. I'd stay again but on a higher floor, and preferably with AC

Magnifique mais pas pour vivre à l'intérieur

Lieu magique devant l'océan, vu magnifique, odeur des embruns. Problème concernant la cuisine. Il ne faut pas surtout faire à manger, pas de hôte aspirante.Studio fait pour dormir! Aménagement spartiate et bon marché. Nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur. Accueil agréable et efficace de la conciergerie.

Logi in die Jahre gekommen. Man ist bemüht mit Farbe etc. es in Schuss zu halten. WC sollte erneuert werden. Toll, Aussicht, Erreichbarkeit zum Strand, gute Betten. Küchenutensilien minimalistisch aber ausreichend. Gerne wieder.

On mise tout sur la vue

La vue était parfaite. Localisation ok. Personnel professionnel et arrangeant. Tout était très bien sauf l’état du bâtiment et la porte de la chambre qui a visiblement été ouverte au pied de biche un bon nombre de fois. J’ai passé la première nuit à convaincre ma compagne que la petite trace rouge sur le mur n’était pas du sang. Aussi pas de sèche cheveux. Bref moi j’ai adoré parce que j’étais là pour la vue.

Résidence propre très calme .aucune nuisances sonores des autres résident venus .seul bémol je dirais , la taxe est supérieure aux montant prévu. J’ai donc dû régler 47,32€. Mais j’ai passé un excellent séjour, donc je ne vais pas me plaindre.

Fin utsikt mot havet med behov av uppfräschning

Det verkar vara olika skick på rummen. Den vi hade först 516 har en fin utsikt mot vattnet men har gamla ytskikt som behöver renoveras. Annars finns det grundläggande i pentryt för tillagning av enklare mål. Udda att WC och handfat för tvätt finns i olika rum. Gästerna städar själva vid avgång (dvs lämna ren disk och golv övrigt sköts av RVS personal) vilket kan förklara den sämre städningen. Tänker att RVS bör låta göra egna storstädningar i rummen någon gång i månaden för att bli av med lagringar som blir hörnen. Vi hyrde också ett rum med utsikt mot staden och den var något fräschare.

The location and view is the best. Vince, the manager was amazing. I had an accident resulting in broken bones and he went above and beyond to ensure I got treatment and helped me on my return.

A conseiller

Notre studio vue sur la mer était très propre, confortable, très agréable à vivre. La vue sur la mer est un régal. le garage situé au sous-sol, est très conseillé car les places de parking aux alentours sont rares. Il vaut mieux venir avec une petite voiture car les allées dans le parking souterrain sont très étroites.
