"We booked a VRBO property, only to be notified shortly before our stay that the original rental was unavailable due to maintenance issues. The host moved us to what was described as a similar property, but this transfer was handled outside of VRBO without our knowledge or consent.Upon arrival, the condition of the replacement property was unacceptable. "The host was very welcoming and responsive. Quick turn around with answering my questions. Very clean, and super comfortable beds. We also really enjoyed the clubhouse (pool table and shuffle board), as well as the gym. Highly recommend. "
