"The hotel needs a lot of TLC, the star rating needs reviewing, it’s best amenity was the pool and pool bar. The breakfast was chaotic, although the staff were trying hard. Location and parking were fine."

"We had a great time staying here for a few days during our Tuscany trip. The garden was beautiful, there were good restaurants in walking distance and the atmosphere of the whole place was almost magical. Parking was close by but not directly at the house, which was a good thing because you don’t want to drive in those narrow alleyways. We took so many pictures! Communication with our host was great and Marco had many helpful suggestions for activities and places to visit."

"A disappointing experience since we have visited this hotel for many years and with the change of ownership its gone downhill.The room was not cleaned for the last 2 days with no clean towels or replacement shower gel.Standard of the breakfast very poor with stale food and a range limited and no fresh fruit.Service given at breakfast limited never a clean table set."

"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach and some wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood."

"I would stay here again. Nice place. Didn’t get to use the pool (December). Had a coin laundry in the car box (parking garage) that was reasonable compared to other places on my travels in Italy. The latte machine in the vending machine area was excellent for 60 cents euro. Great view of the sunset from our massive end unit patio. "
