"We rented the whole house and it had everything we could want. A bijou dining / lounge and kitchen and large bedrooms. Whilst the kitchen looks small in the pictures, it has everything you need and there is a huge dresser in the dining room with glasses, plates and saucepans. The house was clean and well equipped. There are two bathrooms. The one downstairs is big with a modern jet shower. However, we used the upstairs one for convenience; this one is small but perfectly fine although it could probably do with modernisation. Best of all for us, the garden is an oasis. It is set on three levels and there are steep steps so care is needed. The garden has shady and sunny areas. It has roses, jasmine, geraniums, vines and even a cedro lemon tree all in a little space. It was blissful sitting in the garden and seeing the distant hills, watching the swifts flying whilst sipping wine. Marco is an excellent host with lots of helpful tips on where to visit and eat. Bibbona is a charming village which is still lived in by local people. It has a deli within a few minutes walk and several pizza places (we liked L'orto Etrusco which overlooks a ravine) and also a wine bar and several restaurants. "

"This was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. The grounds were well kept and had so many things for us to do. The staff go out of their way to make you comfortable and feel well taken care of. Gigi was the sweetest man and gave us a tour of the property. There are pigs, horses, vineyards, and full garden. The rooms are big and beautiful with plenty of space and lovely decorations. "

"The hotel is in a small town and is very clean. The room is spacious and had all the things you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel offered a variety of food for breakfast. Max and Stefano, hotel managers, provided great customer service and made our vacation in Tuscany very special and memorable. "

"We only stayed one night as we were driving through Tuscany. We had an electric car, which was a big mistake! We had a very hard time trying to find places to charge it. Cristina at the front desk was so apologetic and helpful and trying to find a solution. I really appreciated that! The hotel is in a beautiful setting near the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful to us. I would love to come back again and stay for a longer time. It looks like a very fun place to spend a holiday, relaxing!"

"We have stayed in numerous locations throughout Europe, but this has been our favorite stay so far. The accommodations are beautiful, unique with charm and character and yet exceptionally clean and modern. Elena from the front desk was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and had a very nice quality & variety to it. This somewhat remote (12 mins from Rosignano Solvay-Castiglioncello) is quiet, well-maintained and has everything you need for a lovely vacation. There is a guest laundry on the premises that comes with soap and wash and dry for 7.5 Euro"
