Der Poolbereich war angenehm, könnte jedoch etwas mehr Pflege vertragen. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr aufmerksam – mitunter fast etwas zu engagiert."

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten, ausschließlich Fliesenboden und Möbeln aus vergangenen Generationen. "The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. It was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and probably hadn't been used in months. The shower was broken, stove didn't work, and a whole host of other issues, including no wifi - they said I should go to the beach for that.
The following morning they did fix some of the issues, and I got an explanation as to why they didn't put me in the saturno, which is what I paid for. It was some sort of flooding or water problem. Why not just explain that to me when I checked in? Why not just give me options? I believe I overpaid for what I stayed in."
