"Ascensor de Bica is next door, can get loud but its tolerable. Property is close to restaurants, it can get loud at night from partygoers. Walkable to Time Out & Pink street. I don't recommend adding a 3rd guest in a room as it gets very tight and not convenient to walk around and across the bathroom & shower. 3rd adult guest should always get a bed and not a hide a way pull out, I feel."

"The apartment itself was ok; great view but a bit run down (shower head was broken) & not as clean as it could be. They are lying about the property being vacant for 48 hours prior as we saw the previous guests check out of our room on the day we arrived. However the worst thing was the check in process. "A great location for a tourist! Walk to main attraction or to Subway station or catch a tuk-til ride ( they are everywhere). Our room was perfect, newly remodeled, contemporary, clean. Even though it’s not a busy street, but Lisbon is a party town, so you’ll hear some street singing at night and early morning. Also, keep in mind, it is a guest house. "The location is ideal, with only a 10-minute walk to the main square & both the railway station and boat terminal. There are 2 cafes at street level & the food market is just down the road. Sadly, the view from the balcony is poor as a large building now blocks any view."

"Aida was there to great us. She showed me the neighborhood, which was nice. there was plenty of room for the 5 of us, including a crib for our 2-year old. Keep in mind that it's a 3rd story walk up. A stop for Tram 28 is right around the corner (200 meters). The Tram that takes you down to Cais de Sodre is right next to that stop. It was all just really solid. Nothing fancy but nice. I feel confortable recommending a stay here. There are some small repairs that Aida should get taken care of...
