"Nice cosy room really enjoyed our stay"

"Lovely, stylish property and rooms with a gorgeous pool area which was hugely appreciated to cool off in the afternoon. All the staff were lovely and friendly. We very casually mentioned before arriving a couple of our group had birthdays during our stay and on both days we were greeted at breakfast with a very thoughtful piece of cake with a candle in - so sweet! "I stayed in a total of three hotels while in Portugal. This hotel was by far the best. The room was clean. The ambience was relaxing and the staff was very friendly especially Francisco, who greeted me when I first got there and made sure I felt at home. Thank you so much Francisco and the rest of the staff!!!"

"Very clean property with helpful staff. The breakfast was also very nice. Only issue is that they do not have an elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. However, it was only one floor up, so it was not a huge inconvenience. I would stay here again."

"This place is in a great location - 10 min walk from the Baixa-Chiado metro stop, 5 min walk to Time Out Market and 20 mins walk from Praça do Comércio - the waterfront plaza. The steep streets are not for those who don't like walking in the heat but then most of Lisbon is like that - all part of its charm. The room was lovely - clean and comfortable. The best thing about staying here was Tatiana - I had the friendliest reception and service throughout my stay from her, nothing was too much...
