My complaints are we found hair in our bathtub upon arrival, our pillow sham had a hole in it, we had to ask for assistance with the in room fridge (no instruction provided) and it was very noisy, our "neighbors" were loud until 1 am amd then other people were up early so we didnt get much sleep. The best part of our stay was the wonderful scent of their white tea products and spending time with my husband."

"Our experience at W Seattle recently was extremely disappointing to say the least. During breakfast, a waitress made an error with our order. Instead of correcting it, she reported to her manager that we had used foul and abusive language—an allegation that is completely false. The situation escalated when the restaurant manager came directly to our table and confronted us with this accusation without making any effort to verify the facts. Being approached and accused while other guests were watching, was both shocking and deeply humiliating. We felt compelled to leave our meal unfinished and check out of the hotel. The experience was distressing enough that I later became physically ill. What is most concerning is the complete lack of accountability afterward. We requested a call from the GM, weeks have now passed despite our efforts to follow up, yet we have received none. This was not simply a service mistake—it involved a false accusation, and the situation was handled unprofessionally at a management level, followed by a total failure to follow up. For a globally recognized brand, this reflects a serious lapse in professionalism and care for their loyal customers. Until this is properly addressed, we cannot recommend staying here."

"Able to walk to coffee shops and really nice local bookstore. Very quiet neighborhood. The bungalow was charming and comfortable and plenty of space for us. Did not cook but appreciated coffee machine and use of washer and dryer. Good amount of towels and the puano and guitar lent nice ambiance. Yards well landscaped with some lovely flowers. "
