"The apartment was clean and is set in a nice garden with a lovely pool area the rear. There are a few things to be aware of for guests that weren’t clear from the listing - and if they work for others than all good. The first is that there were no staff on site. Like an Airbnb, we were provided with an access code to the room that was activated at 4pm (so don’t expect to arrive any earlier and get access). The room was small, but nicely designed but did not have a small fridge. The nearest supermarket or bar is in the township, so even if you get cold drinks and supplies there’s no way to keep them cold. It’s not a long walk into the township, but won’t be for everyone. We dined at restraurants on the beach and drive to save on a fairly long walk back. Breakfast was fine and staff were in attendance at that time. Milfontes is a beautiful seaside town and swimming in the inlet is fantastic. This is good value for money, but the location is a compromise."

"We had such an amazing stay at the Santiago hotel! They were so attentive and made a lot of really cute touches for our son which was so cute and very much appreciated. The restaurant was also so delicious. 1000/10 would go back and recommend."

"This is such a unique and comfortable stay at an unforgettable turismo rural! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to me and my dog. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The location with the animals was a different and fun experience. The location close to beachfront site sites and the towns of Porto Covo and Sines could not be beat. I highly recommend!"

"This is a very comfortable, luxurious, hotel which provides everything you could wish for and does it very well. The room was very light as was the rest of the hotel with clever use of Glass to allow natural light. Food was excellent, service could not be faulted. We will come back."
