"Loved the 4 poster room it was spacious clean and very comfy bed lovely bathroom could do with a toilet roll holder as that was missing but still a lovely bathroom The bed was comfy only thing is its a double size so was a bit small for what we are used to as we have a super king but super comfy and great bed linen overall very happy with room the pub served great food really enjoyed the.cooked breakfast at an extra cost but very nice"

"Wunderschönes Cottage in toller Lage. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, wir wurden mit tollen, leckeren regionalen Lebensmitteln als Willkommensgeschenk empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Haus ist super schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Budleigh Salterton ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Dort haben wir 2 Strandtage verbracht und eine schöne Küstenwanderung gemacht. Ein Besuch lohnt sich."

"Great trip, over too quickly. Really handy place for everywhere we needed which was fab. Photos don't do it justice. Everyone very happy. Friendly cat kept showing up in the back garden too which delighted my daughter and niece."

"A very well appointed studio room with a very comfortable bed and a great shower.Good, detailed description of the property and the surrounding towns were received prior to travel. Also instructions on how to access the property and use the facilities, if the host was not there on arrival.As it happens, Rosemary, was there when we arrived and she was very welcoming, and showed us around and told us how to use the hot tub and other facilities.The Studio is located on a quiet country lane and is very private. It is in a great location for exploring both the English Riviera Coast, and the Jurassic Coast. There is a large supermarket and numerous mini supermarkets within 5 miles of the property and there are in excess of 30 ( We lost count ) pubs and restaurants within 10 miles.We loved our stay, and will return again soon."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Rosemary and Ian's cottage it had everything we need for our 3 night stay. The property was clean, comfortable (good beds) and just what we wanted. The village of East Budleigh is very nice with a good village shop.All in all we had a great stay and will be booking again next year."
