"Maison très agréable. Quartier calme. Vaisselle en quantité suffisante. Une machine à glaçons sur place (très agréable) Vérifier que tous les draps proposés correspondent aux bonnes dimensions des matelas. Ce qui n'est pas le cas actuellement. Et aussi quelques renouvellements de draps seraient un plus. Le propriétaire Julio a répondu aux quelques questions qui lui ont été posées avant l'arrivée et il était sur place le jour de l'arrivée. Je recommande cette maison."

The Social Hub San Sebastián

"The Social Hub is a great place with lots to offer. It is clean and modern. The only thing missing was being close to the main parts of San Sebastian like old town and concha. They are only a 10-13 minute drive away but Uber only worked 3 times out of 20. The staff was nice and helped us call a taxi when needed but getting back was not easy. We couldnt figure out where to go for a taxi back. We kinda figured out the bus situation by day 3. Take bus 26 to get back to the hotel."

"Absolutely loved staying in this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area, could not have done enough for you. Rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. Great location as everything is walkable."

"El personal en general muy atento. Solo tuvimos inconvenientes al momento del desayuno , no atendían , estaban sobrepasados y hasta me hablaron de mala gana cuando pedí agua caliente por q la dispuesta no lo estaba. Y me hicieron esperar 20 minutos. Luego todo el resto excepcional."

"The staff were exceptional—they accommodated our request to switch to a different floor, which we really appreciated. We also accidentally left an item in our room after checking out. The hotel promptly contacted us, and we were able to pick it up when we returned to San Sebastián later that week. We were very grateful for their honesty and excellent service. The location is great and made it easy to explore the city. The only minor downside was the garbage bins at the front /side of the hotel, which slightly detracted from the entrance."
