Facilities at the hotel were also great. The room itself was compact but incredibly clean and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay."

"Enjoyed our stay. Very clean, great location, loved the free public transport pass. Only negative was the parking. It was quite confusing where we were allowed to park Some instructions prior to arrival would have helped immensely. Had to walk quite far in the lot to the hotel."

"Very helpful staff at check in, Air conditioned in the heat of the summer. Lovely walk down the canal to the water and easy walking to shops and restaurants. We did not try the breakfast. Very clean and a good size room."

"Hotel was lovely, great location, nicely decorated, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, very nice shampoo/soap (Rituals). The only thing to improve is having a sink in the bathroom and adjustable temperature in the room. We put the temperature on the lowest setting (20C) and we found it incredibly warm and would cutoff in the middle of the night making it even warmer. We were visiting Bern for a few days so it was manageable."

"Lovely hotel, conveniently located close to train station and bus stops. Easy to get public transport. Hotel was clean, room was large. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
