"One could tell that in its heyday, this was a very busy place. But still holding on and very nice. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean and well maintained. The food was fantastic-one of the best meals I've ever had. "

Das Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung, auch wenn das bereitgestellte Tablet defekt war und beinahe auseinanderfiel. Dies hat uns allerdings nicht weiter gestört.
Das Essen war gut, aber die Sauberkeit der Möbel lieĂ zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Ein Stuhl war an den Querstreben unterhalb der Sitzhöhe sehr verschmutzt und mein Schuh klebte am...
"Die Lage ist grundsĂ€tzlich schön und die Anlage sauber, allerdings waren mehrere MöbelstĂŒcke deutlich abgenutzt und damit nicht mehr wirklich einladend. Zwar war der Service aufmerksam und das Essen gut, doch insgesamt wurde der Aufenthalt stark durch gesperrte Wanderwege wegen HolzfĂ€llarbeiten sowie den nicht nutzbaren Teich aufgrund von Bauarbeiten beeintrĂ€chtigt. Der damit verbundene BaulĂ€rm hat die Erholung zusĂ€tzlich gestört."

Bei der Buchung und auf der BuchungsbestĂ€tigung war fĂŒr die Wohnung immer die Adresse des Hotels angegeben, sprich mitten im Ort, direkt am Kurpark gelegen. Nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine automatische Nachricht, dass die Wohnung 2km vom Hotel entfernt sei. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns dann recht schnippisch mitgeteilt, dass wir das ja gesehen hĂ€tten, wenn wir ĂŒber das Hotel direkt...

"Das Hotel wirbt mit Spa, Schwimmbad und drei Saunen â in Wahrheit war nur eine Sauna nutzbar. Die anderen waren auĂer Betrieb, ohne jeglichen Hinweis vorab. FĂŒr ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse eine Frechheit.
Die Nutzung von SaunatĂŒchern kostet 5âŻâŹ extra â in einem Spa-Hotel völlig unverstĂ€ndlich und kleinlich.
Das Personal war durchgehend unfreundlich und offensichtlich genervt von jeder Frage. Antworten lauteten regelmĂ€Ăig: âKeine Ahnungâ oder âGoogle esâ.
âWie kommen wir nach Thale?â â âKeine Ahnung.â
âHaben Sie eine Taxi-Nummer?â â âNein, googeln Sie.â
âKönnen wir unser GepĂ€ck nach dem Checkout kurz hier lassen?â â âWir haben keinen Platz. Stell die Sachen einfach neben die EingangstĂŒr.â â Drin, aber ungesichert und fĂŒr jeden zugĂ€nglich da Personal nicht immer am Tresen sitzt. Unglaublich!
