"This was the last cabin at the end of our 15-day adventure traveling around thisamazing country. Even though the property needed so repairs and updating, it is still a cozy, comfortable rustic cabin. We couldn't figure out the TV/cables for hookup to our IPads, but just looked at all our beautiful photos we had taken during our trip. Snaefellsness Penisula is truly one of the beautiful, must see areas. Arnarstapi/Hellnar was quaint...ate delicious fish soup at little cafe in Hellnar. ...

"We had a lovely, unique stay in that remote cottage. We loved the quietness, coziness and the big sky. Really enjoyed the mountain and sheep in the background. Did I mention we were fortunate to wath the northern lights for hours?"

"We really loved the peaceful setting of the cabin. It felt so spacious for our group of two! The views were wonderful especially the glacier in the distance. It is definitely quite a ride into town so we were glad to have brought food to cook there. It was a great spot to access the Snaefellsnes peninsula which we did in one day. We would have loved to stay longer!"

The house was a wonderful location to explore and easy access to the town for groceries . The views were breathtaking any time of day . My daughters were sure they saw the little trolls behind the house . We will have many memories for a lifetime . We hope to be back again ! "

"The cabin was charming and comfortable, and the property is surrounded by beautiful wild flowers. The sauna heats up quickly and is spacious. The private setting makes for a great sauna session. We really appreciated the extra towels for use in the sauna. Make sure to take some Nespresso pods with you to enjoy your morning coffee next to the gorgeous big windows. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking and eating. Despite being in a quiet and somewhat secluded place, there is a...
