I booked Arkoura Cabin Big Bear last minute for a spontaneous little getaway and was honestly blown away! The cabin was the cutest, coziest place and the atmosphere was so peaceful and beautiful. I was able to check in a little early, and when I had an issue with the TV, the front desk took care of it right away. The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, but the Village, restaurants, and entertainment are all very close and easy to walk to. This little stay ended up being the perfect reset, and I will definitely be back!

Front Desk staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about Big Bear. They were able to help my wife and I with places to take our dog on the lake, and where some great options were to grab food and drinks. Room was clean and very cute. It was spot on to the description and photos on the website. Very close to the lake, and easy to get to Big Bear Village from the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again with my dog when I am in Big Bear again.

It was amazing! This historical property has maintained its unique charm . 0ur room had a beautiful spa, We had a full kitchen,, loads of games for the young and old! The bed was comfortable and 2 well appointed bathrooms! DOGS ARE WELCOME AND THEY STAY FREE!

The hottub was really the sweet spot, cabin was nice overall, the a/c and airflow sucked, had difficulty sleeping due to lack of airflow and it being hot, big bear is a little packed and overrated, not much to do. Good if you want a weekend getaway, not much else.

Yes the room was very spotless and clean. The staff were very generous and accommodating. We had an issue booking our room at a late notice and the manager there was more than helpful to us in making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Staff was great, check in was easy, Todd was so nice he loved our puppy Coco. Todd upgraded us to a better room, gave us tips on pet friendly places to eat and cool walking trails. Location is close to The Village and Boulder Bay park two of our favorite places to visit with our pup.
