Custom built home within the Alpine Woods Estates with woodsy vaulted ceilings. Lots of space, ideal for larger families. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear in the Fox Farm neighborhood. Just a short drive to the ski slopes, lake, golf, zoo, restaurants, shops, and National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2400+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, TV, stunning floor to ceiling brick gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, private bath, and deck access. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed and TV with cable. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, double/twin bunk bed, and cable TV. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stove with double oven and griddle, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - TVs with cable along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax in the glow of the gorgeous electric fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large back deck with gas barbecue, patio table with umbrella, and plenty of patio seating. Added covered Lanai with treadmill and other outdoor games. Large beautifully landscaped fully fenced backyard.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 11 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Fox Farm Manor Review

Outdoor furniture was filthy and falling apart. Decent pots & pans were missing. Living room furniture was worn, dated and dirty. 1st floor bed was terrible. Flies loved the front porch. Did not like having to take my garbage to the dump while the neighbor across the street had his picked up. Had a solid rental vibe (no loving)

Cozy Cabin

The cabin is a bit dated and can use some upgrades. The fenced yard was great for the kids to play and were safe from running into the street. The beds were comfortable. My main issue was the kitchen appliances, pots and pans were dirty and burned. We had to use the only crusty burned pot to boil pasta. They advertise a covered deck but it is useless, they have old workout equipment and trash covered in spider webs and debris all around that space. The cleaning crew can do better at keeping that space clean and clear of clutter.
