The fully equipped chef's kitchen features a large stone island, pro-style range, and breakfast seating, making it easy to prepare everything from morning coffee to family dinners. A bar and lounge area and a game table make it easy to entertain, and central heat keeps the whole home cozy.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

• Bunk room: Two sets of twin bunk beds
• Sixth bedroom: Twin bed with trundle

Four full bathrooms provide added convenience for larger groups.

Spend your days enjoying the water, relaxing on the private dock, taking out the kayaks, or simply soaking in the scenery. Relax on the covered deck swing with lake views, or fire up the propane BBQ for dinner on the deck.

After a day of Big Bear adventures, unwind in the outdoor hot tub and enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings.

LOCATION
Enjoy the best of Big Bear throughout the year. Spend your days skiing, snowboarding, boating, hiking, shopping, or exploring the Village, then return to your own private lakefront retreat.

Boulder Baycation is more than a place to stay. It's where the memories are made.

Guest Access:
Easy keypad self check-in. The whole home, the decks, the hot tub and the private dock are yours. Parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway and in front of the house (no street parking).

The Neighborhood:
You will love your own dock for access to Big Bear lake. Close to Slopes, Village and Grocery Stores.

Getting Around:
Walk to Boulder Bay Park and the lake from your own dock. The Village, Snow Summit, Bear Mountain and the grocery stores (Vons and Stater Bros.) are a short drive, and Uber is available in Big Bear.

Other Things to Note:
We are a fully licensed and registered vacation rental. Registration Number: 2025-1270.
The private dock is yours to use, and kayaks are provided. You're also welcome to bring paddleboards or rent other gear in town.
For your safety, there is one camera facing the driveway and one facing the back of the house. There are no cameras inside the home.
Fast Spectrum 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, great for streaming or remote work.
The home is equipped with central heat.

Power outages: Bear Valley Electric Service can have outages during storms, high winds or fire-safety shutoffs. These are outside our control, and we can’t be responsible or offer refunds for them. We recommend bringing a flashlight or two and keeping your phone charged.

Interaction with Guests:
We give you complete privacy during your stay with keypad self check-in. We're local, available anytime by message through the app, and our team can be at the home quickly if anything needs attention.
