"This place was in the middle of renovations but I can see it quickly becoming more expensive. We were luck to score a room since they have air conditioning and a nice atmosphere and massive gym. "

"The property is in an extremely convenient location! All shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. There is even a very nice walking trail that’s not too far of a walk. Anchorage has a pretty active homeless population so that would be my only complaint; however, it is not the hotels fault. "

"We stayed for a couple of days for a short visit. This is our first time to stay in the hotel. The room was spacious and in good order. The body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty so we let housekeeping know about it and it was taken care of the next morning. Checking in and checking out was very easy. The free continental breakfast had a lot to be desired. The sausage was served half-cooked and the scrambled eggs was oily. Also, the food was served cold because the food warmer was not turned on. We found out later that the cook was new on the job and that management needs to give her training on food preparation and service. The parking lot also needs cleaning up. Overall experience is satisfactory and hope that our next visit will be better."
