Stains on the pillow cover. Stains all over the floor. Toilet was running when we walked in and when I flushed the toilet the smell got worse. Moved us to another room and the ac wouldn’t work and the room was still dirty.

Overall we had a very nice stay. The hot tub could use an update, which in all fairness, might be part of their ongoing renovations. The continental breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly. I'd definitely stay there again.

Staff were super nice. Our room did have a few things beoken the bathroom door knob the dresser drawer knob. The Pool was very cold.But overall not a bad hotel it was in a convenient area to see our child at college.

Room review

Hotel was fine, we really like Holiday Inns. Cleanliness was ok, little dirty or lacked that fresh feeling. Only 2 sets of towels, yes it was 2 ppl, but an extra would have been nice. The overall cleanliness of basics…bed, trash etc was great.

Almost 5 stars

I would give 5 stars but the bathroom was unsatisfactory. The bathroom fan did not work, the lighting was very poor, the water backed up when showering and the grout and tub appeared dirty. Customer.service 5 stars. The staff was excellent. Overall appearance good. Kids loved the pool and hot tub.
