"I am so disappointed and regret staying here. Terrible location - road noise 100/100. Hotel website says rooms are sound proof but that is absolutely not the case. Main issue was AC in room was not functioning but there was no staff on duty. I called 5 times. Emailed. Left a message. Nothing until 8am the next day. No aplogies or offer of help, i stayed here for my birthday and was not even offered a late check. Everything about this place is dub par and over rated. A waste of hard earned...
