No hot water! This was the only substantial problem of my stay, but very important, as a cold shower has triggered a serious medical condition in me in the past. I dialed 0 an hour before check-out time to report this, but no one answered (during business hours no less). I had to heat cups and an ice bucket of water in the microwave just to take a lukewarm shallow bath, which caused me to overstay my checkout. Fortunately for the operators, they did not try to charge me extra after they knocked on the door at checkout time and I (partly dressed) explained what was wrong.

Front desk tired to make me pay 60$ for early check in mind you it’s 10:30 . 30$ to check in at 1pm . At check out the staff was knocking on my door at 10 am and every 10 minutes after : check out is at 11am Not the way to treat your customers

There were no towels in the room. There was no water pressure in the sink faucet. There was no hot water in the room. I asked for towels n they took 1 bath towel n 1 face towel. The bath towel was filthy. They didnt have ice at the place either.

Host was helpful. You get what you pay for here. No water when I arrived but it was resolved within a few hrs. Don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed. For an overnight trip, it was ok.

Please post when doing major construction

This property was under total reconstruction which was not advertised. I booked the room online so i was not able to get a refund. I stayed and the room was not as what i had booked. I felt safe but not confortable.

There was nothing that I liked about this entire property it was under construction when I arrived they refused to honor my reservation stating that I had to pay them a $100 cash deposit which I was not going to do so they refused to honor my rental and I did not stay there

Property was in beginning stages of renovation. The landscaping, exterior of buildings and parking lot all looked terrible and shabby. The tub in bathroom was dirty and linens looked very old. Not up to Wyndham usual standards.

Never Again!

The motel is going through a remodel so they had limited rooms. I reserved a king size bedroom and wad given a room with 2 queen beds, got in the room and it was packed tight there was no room to put our bags or my daughters play pen. We went to take a bath and showers and waited 15 minutes before realizing the bathroom faucet is backwards... no big we finally get ready to go to bed and there are no blankets on the bed only a top sheet a little irritated but its all manageable woke up the next morning and before checknout time one of the housekeepers didnt even knock just walked into our room!!! We also have our dog with us and he almost got out the door! We have been on a 2 week road trip and stayed at a lot of motels and this was the worst experience so far!

It was not what I expected, but also in there defense they are remodeling and the town was hit with big thunderstorm. Our room had some water damage and water leak.
