Seems petty but I thought the cops were coming in or something. My niece was napping. But not after that. No door hanger available I was told. They ran out of coffee pods for the room after my first night. Front desk was not nice about it.”we are out of coffee” you can buy one over there “Ladies at the coffee shop were awesome. Weird thing to run out of. FYI The pool is not heated. "

"The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is literally steps from the ocean and a great beach bar/restaurant. It's also very conveniently located close to the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach. It's just a short drive or Uber. The only downside of this hotel is that the rooms are on the smaller side. The bathroom and shower were quite small, and the balcony barely had enough room for two small chairs. But, we didn't spend much time in the room so that was not an issue. Friendly staff. Free bottled water and snacks. Morning breakfast was pretty standard. "

"They won’t let anyone check in after 11 pm and tried to fight me to get my money back when I called as a courtesy to let them know we hit traffic and would be there after 12. "
