"Wonderful simple cabins that are reminiscent of Costa Rica of the past, with very kind helpful hosts. If you’re looking for a quiet clean escape into the cloud forest, this is the place. We were so happy to see all the hummingbirds while we enjoyed the excellent coffee and fresh fruit juice in the morning. The private trail was a moderate hike to a gorgeous waterfall and was a great taste of the beauty of the area without the crowds of Tenorio. Our 6 year-old loved seeing the red-eyed tree...

"Our family had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The views are truly outstanding. We enjoyed a variety of different activities while in the area, but cooked all our meals in the room. The kitchenette is basic, but we managed just fine. The included breakfasts were a highlight - plentiful, fresh, homemade and delicious! We heard howler monkeys and saw toucans from the balcony! Don’t hesitate to book this property if you want a unique, beautiful, and peaceful place to stay while touring around...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The garden was incredible and the lovely family did a little night tour to show us frogs, sleeping birds and other small creatures and plants. In the day we saw many birds. The little side kitchen was nice, and the hostess cooked very good breakfasts of local food, much of which they grew. This was one of our favourite places we stayed in CR. "

"The nicest people and wonderful hosts. I mentioned that we would be celebrating our daughter’s bday while we were there and they knocked on the door with a huge slice of chocolate cake and a candle and sang Feliz cumpleanos. It was the sweetest thing and so special for our family. It was such a kind gesture and it set the tone for the rest of our time there. Breakfast was a lovely production. We entered the dining room and they just started bringing out entree after entree, fruit, eggs, gallo...
