"We booked this hostel more than a month ago and arrived around 8 PM after a one-hour drive from San Sebastián. The parking lot was closed, and when my husband walked to the door, he found it locked. He knocked, but no one answered. Suddenly, a guest from a nearby window informed us that the owner had gone out and that he was alone there (with no other guests). "The location is nice,The room was clean but the floor lamp didn't work and the sheets had a burn mark on them. I Went to the front desk to report it to get them changed out and ordered 2 cups of hot water for tea while I was waiting. We never received a new set sheets. I received the hot water to make tea and was charged for 2 teas even though I had my own tea bags and just needed hot water to brew it. The kitchen seems to have zero exhaust hoods so it's smoky all through out the hotel. You...

"Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal.
