There are no windows in the room, no air. The walls are thin and you can hear everyone. If something is cooking something in the kitchen the American coming to the room. The area is quite bad, not a good choice to stay in Bilbao.

the hotel Room and kitchen Bilbao failed to provide access to my assigned room because the door would not open. Staff could not resolve the lock failure. I was forced to secure a different hotel for the night. Despite not being able to enter the room or stay at the property, I was wrongly charged.

La ubicación no es mala. Está cerca de la estación del tren. Está a 20 min a pie del Guggenheim. NO hay estacionamiento libre cerca en la zona. Si uno viaja en auto, es algo a tener en cuenta

It’s a simple but very clean hotel. The staff was not on site but very accessible on the phone. Friendly. The room is small but has a small fridge. The only issue for us was no blinds on the window. The street lamp was right across our window, and it was pretty bright in our room, especially by the coach directly next to the window. We found a garage five minute walk from the hotel, so we parked the car there. Otherwise, it is street parking.

Photos conformes à la description. Appartement entièrement rénové avec soin, literie confortable, au calme. Le quartier n'est pas le plus sympa de Bilbao mais la proximité avec les centres d'intérêt de la ville est appréciable. Nous avons eu un problème avec la clé virtuelle pour accéder à la chambre mais avec un appel téléphonique, ils nous ont réglé le problème à distance.

Bon séjour de 2 nuits malgré des voisins de chambre bruyants la 2e nuit (enterrement de vie de jeune fille, retour avec les talons à 2h30 du matin). Le seul bémol, c'est pour trouver une place de parking à proximité (tout est payant en journée).

Det största problemet var möglet i badrummet. Att ha sprickor mellan väggen och duschkabinen är inte bra. Att tro att möglet vädras ut för att man tar bort en del av väggen ovanför badrumsdörren är inkompetens. Att personalen dessutom viker ihop blöta handdukar som hänger på tork fastän det tydligt framgick att vi inte skulle få nya handdukar under vår korta vistelse är obegripligt - om ni inte tänker byta ut handdukarna eller bädda, vad gör ni då på rummet?! Hur tror ni att ihopvikta handdukar ska bli torra i ett mögligt badrum? Hela stället signalerade att ägarna inte bryr sig om sina gäster utan bara vill göra vinst. Så besviken på både personalen och rummets skick.

Faltaban cortinas en la ventana, habitación 2 y la farola de la xalle te iluminaba la habitación, en.la cara como una linterna enfocándote. Es lo único que no me ha gustado.
