"We had an excellent stay at HGB.The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and definitely worth the price. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is not ideal, but not bad, either, and for the price it's worth walking a bit more to get to to where all the Bilbao action is."

"The hotel has great location, near to Guggenheim, and other tourist spots, bus accessible. Staff are helpful. The air conditioning and air circulation need some adjustment as it is quite warm. "

"Helpful staff, good breakfast included in ths price. The room was clean and comfortable and had a kettle, if a little tired. It was in an ideal situation for us. We dropped the hire car off 2 minutes walk from here and were then able to use to hotel's free shuttle bus to get to the airport. We also used to shuttle to get to the airport to use the airport bus to get into Bilbao for a day's sightseeing."

"Very close to river and transport but in the heart of old city. Wonderful to be there so close to lots of cafes and restaurants as we only had one night. "
