A one-night stop with a late check-in and late check-out but the desk staff were very accommodating and willingly and efficiently arranged the taxis I needed. The room was very large, clean and comfortable (although TV choice could be improved with some English language channels) with a huge comfortable bed. Would recommend.

A decent place to stay that has a high standard and good reception staff. There is an area of local bars close by - about 300 metres or so. Metros within a kilometre.

Posizionato ad una decina di km da Bilbao é stato scelto perché ci ha consentito dí raggiungere anche altre località senza imbatterci nel traffico del capoluogo basco. La stanza poco illuminata dalla luce è risultata poco funzionale, con tendaggi sporchi, frigo bar vuoto (un’unico distributore automatico nella hall che dal secondo giorno è risultato sfornito di acqua…sigh), doccia inserita nella vasca da bagno e diffusore di acqua non funzionante, serratura della porta rotta ( solo il penultimo giorno é salita la receptionist ed ha cambiato le pile della serratura stessa). Unica nota positiva il responsabile della colazione che rendendosi conto dell’assenza di un bar mi ha consentito di accedere con molta gentilezza alla macchina del caffè dedicata a chi stava facendo colazione.

Nur dass das Internet im Zimmer nicht funktioniert hat, war ein Problem. Die Lage ist super, man ist relativ schnell und einfach an verschiedenen Stränden oder in Bilbao. Die Gegend ist gepflegt und wirkt sicher. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Un ringraziamento particolare alle signore che gestiscono la colazione, ottime persone. Unica pecca secondo me è il parcheggio a pagamento, ai clienti dell hotel dovrebbe essere gratuito

Buen hotel.

El hotel está muy bien para hacerlo como base de operaciones si te mueves por Bilbao y alrededores, ya que está muy cerca del centro en vehículo (coche o metro) y de las poblaciones del área metropolitana y del norte de Vizcaya (playas). Si sois de los que se despiertan con cualquier ruido, si os dan una habitación que dé a la carretera pedid que os la cambien, porque la autovía está al lado y en días laborables el tráfico comienza muy temprano.

Bien con algún pero

Todo bien en general; a mejorar el calor que hacía en la habitación cuando llegamos y q con el aire acondicionado piesto me costó mucho enfriar. En el desayuno mucha gente, dos cafetwras que no daban a basto. Feo no reponer el aguacate cuando se acabó quedando bastante para la hora de cerrar el buffet.
