Sin embargo, aclarar que la plaza de garaje es muy estrecha por lo que te ves obligado a maniobrar mucho para entrar a la plaza y algo que nos desagradó considerablemente es que cuando uno alquila la vivienda en base a la ocupación (4 personas) luego existe un suplemento de 10€/ persona día por ocupante, me explico, cuando se reservó la vivienda se hizo porque era para 4 personas, a la hora de reservar por torpeza se puso sólo un ocupante, cuándo se quiso...

"Once you enter the apartment you get a wow factor. The sense of old and new combined with heritage preserved as best possible. Well appointed kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. And a comfortable lounge area. However the location was extremely disappointing and did not meet our requirements, very less than desirable acquaintances loitering the streets immediately outside the property and local streets made for very uncomfortable experiences. "Getting into the apartment was easy. Communication with the hosts was great. Plenty of streets to walk for shopping, food and historical places. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and in Bilbao. I would highly recommend this apartment and its location."

"This bright, well lit, and well equipped apartment uses the available space wisely. Lots of light from big windows, kitchen big enough for small table to eat, small desk in living room and ample closet space! Somewhat noisy at night due to inner court yard and strangers ringing door bell excessively one night. Can be a shoddy neighborhood at night, but no problem during daylight hours. Automatic electric locking system at apartment door can be disconcerting but is most certainly secure!...

"A 2 minutos del metro, ideal para visitar Bilbao y alrededores. El apartamento está reformado, limpio y realmente agradable. La única cosa mejorable es el ruido, ya que la cocina y uno de los cuartos tienen puertas "poco aislantes"."
