Our 'Little House' is a super-warm and cosy self-contained space. Open-plan, kitchenette, super comfy John Lewis double bed, reclining sofa, digital TV and fast WiFi, complete with private ensuite bathroom.
The Little House is very quiet and secluded; perfect for relaxing or working without distractions and central to a small estate of gardens, lawns, meadows and woods. The biggest distraction will be dawn birdsong and squirrels jumping across the pea shingle!
The Little House is equipped with a kitchenette. This compact kitchen has a fridge (and freezer compartment), microwave, mobile induction hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, sink and counter space. Basic cooking utensils, cookware, crockery and cutlery, are provided.
The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a wall-hung toilet, sink, and high-pressure cubical shower. The heated towel rail, mirror and amenities will ensure you look and feel comfortable (and clean!).
The bedroom contains a super comfy John Lewis double bed, double reclining sofa, digital TV and Radio, and a selection of books. The bed looks directly out through double patio doors leading to the summer house and lawns.
The wardrobe contains a full-length mirror, iron and ironing board, chest of drawers and hairdryer.
The Little House is entirely self-contained and you will have private/sole access to it. It sits within an estate of 3.5 acres, consisting of lawns, meadow and woods. You are welcome to explore beyond the Little House, including the summerhouse and treehouse (currently under construction).

Some important information:
Check-in and check-out times are "flexible", however, this is always subject to prior arrangement and agreement. As working people, this usually means that check-in will be possible in the evening or after we have returned from work. Please indicate your desired arrival and departure time in your initial message. We cannot always guarantee to meet unusual requests, but we will try. You must not be under the influence of controlled substances (including alcohol), or bring to or consume such substances in the Little House. Finally, as any good guest would, we ask that you treat the space as you would treat your own and leave it as you find it for the next guest. And if anything goes amiss, just let us know so that we can fix it there and then.
