"The hotel is showing its age but the staff is quick to care for anything that is not working or usable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept clean and the pool area is very nice. My only problem was that the beds are too high for me. It's difficult for me to get into the bed without a step stool. I loved the huge walk in shower but could have used a shower chair. All in all, we were happy with our experience and we recommend it."

"Friendly staff was the very first thing I noticed. They also have a nice equipped front station area that has all your essentials including soap if needed to wash clothes. Breakfast options were great and the amenities are a plus. Room was clean and the bar and restaurant was very nice as well. "

"Courtesy shuttle from the airport was nice, but would be nice if they had it to the cruise terminals as well. The hotel looks and feels worn. Floor tiles coming up in the room, bathroom was surface level cleaned only, and the downstairs lobby ceiling was in need of repairs. Breakfast was chaotic! "

"Would certainly avoid if possible, hotel refused to cancel remaining nights and kept the amount paid even though the nights were not used and checkout was completed at 6am. Property not in good condition, more importantly safety is in question here. Several occasions found outside doors to be propped open with carpets allowing anyone to enter without a key. Desk staff and management quite unfriendly. This is after our company has booked many times with this property and will not do so again after this. "
