"I have mixed feelings. The beds were comfortable, however the floors hadn’t been vacuumed. There was a lot of dried rice, and coffee straws all over the floor. The coffee straws blended in with the carpet but could have been found with a vacuum. Major cracks in the ceiling. Buggers on the walls next to the bed. The vent in the bathroom had dust caked probably from as far back as the building was built. Felt as if I smelled urine the entire time in our room. Definitely deceiving when you check into the front desk as that was well maintained and clean. My kids really enjoyed the pool area! The blue slide was slow enough where my 4 year old could go down comfortably. The yellow slide was fast and fun! The staff was nice! Would be a great place if the rooms were updated a bit more and cleaned properly. "

"Breakfast was better than expected: sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal, toast, hot fresh coffee. Parking was very easy and convenient. Easy access to and from the highway and downtown Billings. Very safe and secure. Very clean room. I was able to park my truck right outside the room. "

"I actually considered just forfeiting the non refundable fee i paid for the room. I was afraid to touch anything it was so dirty and run down. If it hadn't been so late when we finally got to the room after dinner we would have packed up and left."

"Desk staff very rude, Hot tubs weren't working and pool was dirty and they change extra for the slide. Glass on the floor of one of our 2 rooms, pictures look great! but very out dated. and no one cleaned it up. even after they were told about it. Didn't eat breakfast "

"Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled by the hotel because payment had not been received prior to my check in. When I explained to the employee that this reservation was to be paid upon check in at the property, she asked me to show her proof of this condition on Expedia which I did. While Expedia showed my reservation (that I had for weeks) as active, the employe and the manager refused to listen or attempt to understand. They made false statements which included that the manager called me and that Expedia had sent me an email. Neither happened. At no time did the hotel or Expedia call, text or email in an attempt to confirm payment or indicate that there was a problem with my reservation. The only emails I received were from Expedia reminding me about my reservation and then later asking me how my check in went. It was inconceivable that a hotel wouldn’t attempt to contact a customer before canceling their reservation and then not even let them know it was canceled. The hotel breeched the agreement to have the customer pay at the hotel. I was at the hotel trying to check in at 9:30pm with my young daughter for a volleyball tournament during one of the busiest weekends in the city. The hotel gave my room away and offered NOTHING to help me. I showed the employee my Expedia app which showed the booking as current and active. She couldn’t explain it. Both employees were so incompetent, disrespectful and dishonest. Worst hotel experience ever."
