"The management at this location was extremely disappointing. I requested a printed receipt, but staff refused, stating that because I booked through Expedia, they were unable to provide one and that I would need to use the email receipt instead. I explained that this was a business trip and that I required a physical copy for my records, yet they still refused to assist me. I then asked for the corporate contact number so I could report the unsatisfactory service. The general manager responded that he was the manager. I clarified that I was requesting the corporate office contact information, and he claimed that all locations are privately owned. While I understand that franchises may be privately operated, there is still a corporate office that establishes operational standards. Refusing to provide a simple printed receipt and declining to share corporate contact information is highly unprofessional and reflects very poor customer service. Overall, this experience was extremely unsatisfactory."

"Hotel is older and rooms need upgrades especially with device charging capabilities, not enough outlets and/or ports. Hotel free breakfasts are never great but this one was sub par. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay to enjoy numerous local wineries."

"We had an amazing stay! The beds were so comfy (one of them even had LEDs), and the couches were just as comfortable. It was perfect for relaxing, with a huge TV in the living room and TVs in all the rooms. The bathroom was so cute and even had a little vanity to get ready. The Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There wasn’t a microwave, but with everything else provided, you really don’t need one. We would 100% come back—we had the best time! There was a small issue with the door code, but it was an easy fix. The host responded quickly after we called, and everything was resolved right away. Another great thing is that it’s close to the main part of town, so we could easily walk to the gas station, Subway, and other nearby restaurants. We loved it here!"
