"As a first-time guest at the White House Hotel, I found the property itself to be very nice. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a pleasant place to stay. The location and overall appearance of the hotel definitely make a good first impression. However, my experience at check-in could have been better. The desk clerk was polite but not very welcoming or informative. As a first-time guest, I expected a brief overview of the hotel’s amenities, such as the restaurant, bar hours, or other features available to guests. Unfortunately, none of this information was offered during the check-in process. Overall, the hotel itself is a great place to stay, but providing a more informative and welcoming check-in experience would really help enhance the overall guest experience, especially for first-time visitors."

"The quality of the room was subpar. I was in a non-smoking room but the guest next door to me smoked marijuana throughout my stay and the scent entered into my room. I called front desk to complain, and Jasmine informed me that she could send housekeeping up to spray my room!!! Thus, I had to turn my air off to minimize the fumes coming through the vent. "
