A special shout-out to those who went above-and-beyond in service, kindness, supportive information and general wow-ness—Sunny, Mariam, Nicole, and Medi (dang, this isn’t quite right, but the day manager). Although the amenities and room conditions were not stellar, we will stay again because of the staff!! Additionally, the staff worked to compensate for what the hotel lacked. Thank you all!!!"

"The hotel is nice and staff was friendly. We had a few hiccups during our stay and I think there is major improvements to be made - we asked for a cot for our baby and it was broken and unsafe for our baby to sleep in. We got a new cot the next day which was in good condition but very dusty. We stayed in a room with bunk beds and found out that it was very dusty and dirty behind the bed. Coffee in the room was not replenished every day. We asked for baby items to be left in the room before arrival and had to chase to get those items in the rooms. Overall good stay because the bedroom was comfortable and the location was convenient but need to improve the housekeeping. "
