"Nice sized quiet room for a one night stay"

"Perfect place to stay for a weekend, we stayed for two nights (Couple and a dog) in a Standard room. Super close to everything in Lulworth Cove and West Lulworth and very easy to get to via Train from London to Wool and a short bus journey to Lulworth Cove. The service was incredible and very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, offering guidance and advice on things to do and places to visit."

"Fabulous stay for girls weekend! Lovely setting with wonderful walking trails that only require a moderately hard climb up. The room had a terrace that was perfect for a cup of tea and a rest. The restaurant was very good with a wonderful breakfast and dinner menu. You should pay ahead for parking, but the lot is just over the square from the hotel, so very convenient. Would most definitely stay again!"

"We booked without much research at the last minute for a one night stay. Welcomed on arrival by Jordan, who later served us at the bar, in the restaurant and at breakfast. He has just the right mix of great customer focus with informality and a sense of humour (Yorkshire tea is DEFINITELY not the best in the world!). The building is old, so is bound to have a few quirky elements, but our room had a very comfortable bed and a powerful shower and even a painted bathroom floor. The view from our room (and pretty much everywhere else) was great, across the fields to the sea. Had dinner in the conservatory and enjoyed it, especially the cod recommended by Jordan. Would definitely return, and hope to do so. "

"Loved the hotel. Loved the location. Staff were lovely and very obliging. Breakfast was extremely good, it was just a shame that the restaurant is closed at present but lots of places to eat within walking distance. We are looking forward to going back in 3 weeks time for another 2 night stay. "
