We had an amazing stay. The hotel is perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff (especially when we did not understand all the German instructions!). The choice at breakfast was vast! The pools are accessible and clean- having robes in the room with slippers and a bag to take poolside made it easy! The roof terrace was a gorgeous place to sit. We stayed in a room without a balcony but had patio doors that opened and an amazing view over the harbour- not noisy at night! The room had all that was needed and was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed a trip on the Rhein, walked around Rudesheim (over the river) and found lovely places for evening meals. Hildegard of Bingen is an interesting local Prophetess to find out about- the museum is worth a visit too! A great stay!

Tolles Hotel direkt am Rhein, Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf Fähre und Rhein. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sauna sehr gut, Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig und die beiden Restaurants lecker.

Es gibt eine Baustelle direkt am Hotel - der spa Bereich ist genau dadran! Ausblick direkt auf die Baustelle von 50% allen Zimmer! Das Personal am Empfang, im spa und auch beim frühstücken ist unfreundlich bis lustlos! Das einzige Positive ist das Restaurant! Ich kann es im Erdgeschoss absolut empfehlen, das essen ist köstlich, die Beratung ist perfekt und der Service besonders positiv herausgestellt!

Ich war schon mehrfach im Papa Rhein Hotel und es ist immer wieder hervorragend! Zurzeit beeinträchtigt ein wenig der Bau des Pools und der Appartmentanlagen im hinteren Bereich des Hotels die Ruhe im Außenbereich des Wellness-Bereiches, aber das wurde vorher mitgeteilt und einen Preisnachlass gab es auch. Was uns allerdings gestört hat, war, dass der Dachpool nur noch zur Kinderplantscherei und -bespaßung dient (da er sehr niedrig ist) und Entspannung für Erwachsene ohne Kinderbegleitung überhaupt nicht mehr aufkommen kann. Das Lidodeck mit dem Pool verliert so seinen eigentlichen Sinn. Hier wäre es sinnvoll, ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit „adults only“ einzuführen, z.B. ab 16 Uhr. Auch turnten auf dem großen Stuhl vor dem Hotel ohne Ende Kinder herum. Es wäre schade, wenn der eigentliche Wellness-Charakter dieses schönen Hotels verloren geht. Das Personal ist immer überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück und das Zimmer waren wieder fantastisch. Wir hatten dieses Mal einen Balkon, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Fremragende hotel. Vi havde booket 3 dage først i maj, på et værelse med balkon og udsigt til havnen og floden. Alt både på på værelset og hotellet fingerede perfekt. Personalet var tydeligvis på arbejde, for at alle skulle have en god oplevelse. Restauranten både på 4 sal og i stueetagen, var rigtig gode. Den i stuen er dyr, men det var pengene værd. Masser af parkering. Færgen til Rudesheim lagde til lige ved siden af hotellet, hvilket gjorde det nemt at komme over på den anden side. Vi brugte ikke selve Bingen am Rhein ret meget, fandt aldrig rigtig noget hyggelig by ( måske pga vejret), så vi holdt os langs Rhinen. Mange fine vandreture også på den anden side af floden. Vi kommer gerne igen, når vi har sparet sammen:)
