"Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Rüdesheim am Rhein. Check in was very smooth. Receptionist went out of her way to ensure we were safely parked in the hotel parking lot appropriately 100 meters from hotel, through village. Room was clean and renovated. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Provided us with helpful guidance for touring this beautiful area of Germany. Staff spoke English and were very kind. A very lovely experience!"

"Absolutely gorgeous location - really spectacular! Everything was first rate. The restaurant was superb, we had dinner there twice and both meals were fantastic. We totally loved afternoon tea. The view from the veranda while drinking a nice glass of Riesling was just beautiful. And don't miss the museum next door - very interesting with some lovely views over the river. Unfortunately, our room was very plain, it could have done with a few pictures on the walls or some more TLC but that is a minor complaint when compared to how excellent everything else was. "

"Location was right on the waterfront and had a beautiful view. There was probably a 5-10 minute walk to find food other than the hotel restaurant - which seemed nice, we just didn't want to eat there. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is in a great location and the car park is close by. The lady on the desk when we checked in we think was the owner. She was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was a typical German wooden panelled room which was delightful the staff made us feel welcome and the breakfast was excellent. "
