In Binghamton for the NY State Boys' Basketball Tournament

My second time staying in a VRBO. The Modern Urban Stay Dtwn Apt was exactly as advertised and more. The parking lot is shared with Cindy's Diner. I stopped for breakfast two of the mornings. It was great.I had to be a the Vision's Veterans Memorial Arena each day for 4 days. The walk was about 4 city blocks and directly down the street. I had the chance to stop in the coffee shop on the same block and grab a coffee for the 10-12 minutes walk. Walking back at night there are bars and restaurants open and people around. The apt was a 2nd floor unit and a walk-up.The space was huge and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and well-stocked with more than adequate essentials outside of what you can bring in. I liked the paper plate options in one cabinet.The living space had 2 couches and several chairs. The ROKU TV was great! And internet was provided along with access instructions and a password.The beds were very comfortable and clean.The bathroom and shower were great and well-supplied if you needed anything. There was a 1/2 bath on the first floor hallway if you ever felt you needed more privacy.The water pressure was great, and there was plenty of hot-water available for my needs.Owner Owen was communicative and that was much appreciated and accommodated me with my arrival times in Binghamton for my event. It worked out for me and he was great.I would stay there again, and plan to consider it the next time I visit.

Graduation weekend

We loved our stay at the modern urban downtown apartment! Owen was easy to communicate with, friendly and available to chat with anytime. The location offered the convenience of easily walking around downtown to coffee, shops, diners, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed stopping in at Garage Taco Bar! A fun environment, pleasant host and waitress along with great food and drink.We love the decor at the apartment! Also, it had everything to make it an enjoyable stay, including comfortable bedding, and a full kitchen.We highly recommend staying here and we will again ourselves in the future. Cute and comfy loft

My daughter and I loved our weekend at the loft. The beds were very comfortable and the layout was perfect for what we needed. Lots of good food close by to walk to and we felt safe in the area.
